At Aight Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our returns process.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Please review sizing guides and shipping information carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns Process

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty

  • We will provide instructions via email

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
